Brand New Beach House Fun, Stroll to Downtown

We had a great experience! Observations to share:Living space is cozy but manageable - great for meals and board games at the spacious table, though a bit snug for group TV viewing. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great - beds are comfortable.Lots of stairs.Parking - there are two spaces - one of them has a low roof. There was big SUV on another spot and I was seeing there would have been no way to get such a big car in one of the two spots. Use the wagon provided - it was a great help. Lots of trains out of the LR patio - I enjoyed watching the coming and going but bring earplugs for sleeping. Great location - try to stay on a Thursday night to go to the day time market and evening street fair (lots of food).Well stocked kitchen. Could have used a few more bath towels but there is a washer and dryer so that worked fine. Roof top patio - ocean view is limited but there - great sunset views up there. Oceanside is cool - have a great time.

I have lived in Oside for over 20 years. This location is great. The check-in process was seamless. We were never bugged by the host. The place was very clean. The kitchen has almost every cookware one needs. Towels were abundantly available. Beach toys and gear was available and in good condition.

Our only complaint was being right next to the train tracks. Other than that 5 stars!If you are a light sleeper I would recommend some ear plugs. Other than that this place is great. Within walking distance to all things Oceanside. Owners were great communicators and it was an ease checking in or out.
