This is our pros and cons honest review as a group of girlfriends for the long weekend:Pros: great kitchen nicely stocked, nice sized dining table, all bedrooms and living room have TV’s and ceiling fans, private/secure parking, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, 3 full baths, comfortable beds, close to beach and pier. Cons: no a/c and VERY noisy with the windows and doors open because the unit faces the very busy train station, cheap/thin bath towels and not enough of them, four flights of stairs, no ice maker in frig, need window coverings to fit, ‘ocean view’ deck is a stretch and not completely clean (a leftover cigarette) near the sofa. Completely not accessible for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs!

This is a great unit - located near the beach, restuaurants, and pier. It had everything we needed.

Our host was always quick to reply whenever we had a question. The amenities were delightful. We are so glad we chose this place. It was an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the rooftop patio. The kitchen was well-planned. Even though we are all in our 70s, we didn't have difficulty as the steps had very durable railings to make the climb safe. Parking was easy in the spacious garage. Thank you for a great experience!

We had an amazing time in Oceanside. The house is in a great walking location to the Ocean, pier and so many restaurants.The house is a new and has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. It is nicely decorated It was great to have are dogs vacation with us. Great experience and host! I highly recommend. We will definitely come back again.
