Beachfront Fun, Classic Beach House w/ Fire Ring

Everything was great except my family was upset that TV usage had to involve us using our own subscriptions. Could not get free local stations

Great property for a group! Our family had a great time! Lots of deck space and easy beach access. Plenty of street parking too. Would rent again.

Location, location, location. Having your own private space is so nice as it’s a single unit but with two floors, featuring two kitchens, you can accommodate multiple families. It was a wonderful setting for our reunion. Thank you!

My husband and I wanted a beautiful memory making weekend with our kids and grandkids down at the beach. We certainly got that with this home! When we walked in we could see the spectacular ocean view. From the kitchen sink through the dining room and living room, the windows and large sliding glass doors provided breathtaking ocean views. Being right on the shore allowed my son to surf directly from the house and our teen & preteen grandkids to boogie board and swim right where we could see them. There's no sandy beach down by the water but there is a sandy area above the jetty for younger kids to play in. It's also a great sunbathing spot. The fire pit in that area was wonderful to sit around after dark. The home had enough space for everyone (9 of us) and it was nice to have two different levels with 2 comfy living rooms and an additional small kitchen downstairs. Two of the bedrooms on the lower level had fabulous ocean views!! Although there were 3 very nice full bathrooms there was not a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The two bedrooms downstairs (where 5 of us slept) shared one bathroom and the upstairs bedrooms had 2 full bathrooms to share. The place was very clean & well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We made all of our meals at home while we were there. The beds were comfy and had nice fresh linens. We played games & loved just hanging out at the house. I would highly recommend staying in this cozy, beautiful beach side home!!

This house was amazing and a great space for our family of 7. We have older teens and young adults and the two floors made it the perfect space and a place for everyone to relax. The view is unbeatable and the small private beach seems to be the only one like it. It’s accessible all day but best during low tide, which was around 1pm. This is also when the marine layer clouds would burn off, perfect beach timing. We literally had an entire beach to ourselves, but the other homes next door could access the beach, we just happen to not have any neighbors, it was awesome. On our last day we even had a seal on the beach, we couldn’t believe it! Lots to do in Oceanside, walking distance and even a short drive. The house was very clean and had what we needed in the kitchen. Parking was plentiful and easy. This was our best family vacation and so much of that was the house!
