Spacious Beach House • Walk to Beach, Pier & Downtown

This home is over the top! A stunning home set within walking distance of so many Oceanside activities. We enjoyed a week here and had everything we needed. There was one small issue with the downstairs fire alarm going off when the downstairs shower was used. Additionally the WiFi was a bit slow. Other than those two things, the whole stay was perfect! We enjoyed the grill, the beach wagon, the two car garage, and so many of the amenities. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay at this beach vacation rental! The two-car garage is definitely a plus. The location is about a 0.8 mile walk to downtown and the pier. We loved being able to stroll along the beach to shops, restaurants, and the beach without needing to drive. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset from the rental or on the pier. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, walk able, and relaxing beach getaway.

Great location! Beautiful house!

We had a group of 8 senior but very active lady friends enjoy a wonderful 4 days in this lovely home. The location is absolutely perfect, beach and town close. The home is spacious and allows privacy in select areas but also boasts great gathering spaces. Quality linens, plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen and super speedy response to questions to the Host made this a top rated get away.

This is our second year staying at this location. My family and I just love it here! It’s plenty of space for everyone and it’s very clean and nice! Last year I was a little disappointed that we had about a half mile walk to the sandy beach. We learned how to work around it by getting up early and putting our chairs in the sand and then we could walk down at our leisure later in the day. It worked out perfectly. It’s so much better than fighting the traffic to get down to the beaches every day. We just love the quiet, relaxed atmosphere at this location. We will probably book again for next year!
