#1 Location,Year Round Sandy Beach, Steps to Restaurants

This was a beautiful property conveniently located overlooking the Pacific Ocean & Oceanside pier. There were 3 en-suite bathrooms within rooms with 2 queens & two bedrooms (single queen each) with excellent views. It was well appointed and the kitchen had all the utensils needed. There is a charcoal grill. I loved how close it was to downtown restaurants and shops. I’d recommend it to families.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. It is in a good location, across the street from a park and the beach, and close to town. It is an amazing, roomy house. We had a group of 6 adults, a 5-year-old, a one-year-old, a 3-month-old, and a dog. Lots of room for everyone. Beautiful high ceilings. A well-equipped kitchen, nice dining room, and large front room. Two bedrooms with ocean views and two additional large bedrooms on the second floor. One large bedroom on the first floor. And a two-car garage. The only reason for not giving the house 5 stars is that the furniture needs a good cleaning.

Great beach house

Wow! I can now fully understand why this beach house gets such high ratings! It is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. I was with a group of 10 ladies. It fit all of us very comfortably. The house was clean and had all the amenities you would need. The garage is spacious enough to hold a Suburban and Tahoe. We brought beach bikes. We had 4 cars. Two were parked in the garage and one parked in the parking lot at the Mission Beach Resort 2 blocks away for 5.00 a day. The other gals parked in the 800 block of Pacific Street. All in all it worked out. The beach view from the house was gorgeous. We walked everywhere. The house is so close to EVERYTHING! The only problem we had was with the Livingroom t.v. We couldn't figure out how to work it. We never got it up and running. The t.v.s in the bedrooms seemed to work fine. Owner was quick in getting back to me. All in all this was a wonderful experience and the house made it all that more special. We would come back again.

Location is amazing! The home is beautiful and clean. We had a great time.
