Absolutely amazing I will be absolutely coming back I cant explain the experience I had at this property! I would give it 10 stars out of 5 if possible. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home with the perfect ocean view.

Host gets one star -- they were unresponsive to texts when the hot water failed, finally responded when we phoned but then didn't seem to communicate with others in the office or get back to us with a request for the time of arrival of the plumber. Listing implied a functional fireplace and they were dismissive when I inquired, suggesting we enjoy the fire pit during high winds and driving rain.

This place is amazing! Steps down to our private yard area. Beds were very comfortable and the home is spacious and has everything you need...including a crock pot and blender and tvs in every bedroom. Plenty of bath and beach towels. There is nothing better than a fire on the beach with your family and friends. Watched the sunset every night from the patio. Saw multitudes of boats, military ships/helicopters, surfers, dolphins and even a seal! Host responded immediately to the few questions that I had.This place is perfect because it's a little distance from the chaos of Oceanside Pier, but close enough that you could walk there for all the restaurants and activity if you wanted. Larry's Beach Club is a block away for some great food and entertainment (karaoke every night and live music every weekend)..we went there several times.Highly recommend this amazing place

We had a good stay. The location was ok. Great view of the ocean but a little off the beaten path. We had to time our walks on the beach to the tide as the water came right up to the rocks unless the tide was out. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know.The unit not very clean (hair on the floor) and quite dated. the lights in the entryway were very dim and not safe. The washing machine and dryer were not in the unit but in the hall. Not a big deal but also not very convenient.No shelves in the fridge.The place was ok but we just did not feel welcome. Would have been nice to have a bundle or two of firewood to start us off, instead we had to drive to several different places to find wood. Host was also not very responsive. Our flight was quite early into San Diego so we messaged the owner when we landed about the possibility of an early check in and never received a response.Would not rent this unit again.Joe
